What is Meditation
The acknowledgment of divine grace is meditation. It is a recognition of the nature of God and of our relationship to God. That relationship is oneness. We are the children of God, co-existent with God: “And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ. . . .” Our heavenly Father knoweth our needs, before we ask.
The Purpose Of Meditation
The purpose of meditation is to attain divine grace. Once this grace has been attained in a measure, it takes over our experience and lives our life, performs those things which are given us to do, and makes the crooked places straight. We no longer live by bread alone, but by this inner grace.
Meditation Sessions
God cannot be known with the human mind, but if we listen and are still, in that stillness, God reveals Itself. Right where we are God is. “. . . Whither shall I flee from thy presence? . . . if I make my bed in hell, behold thou art there.” The presence of God is within our consciousness. We do not have to reach out for God even mentally, or pursue God as if He were afar off or as if He were something difficult to attain.

Meditation and Prayer Retreats
Meditation is listening to your spirit for guidance and direction. To Meditate is to let go and let God do It’s work through you.
Peace and love comes from within the midst of you, not from without but, from within to the without. Be still and know that I in the midst of you am God.
Not by might nor by power but, by My Spirit. You need not Struggle, Strive, Beg or Plead, use what you have and share. It will come back to you running over, pressed down in abundance. God is the source of your supply and you can never be without, if you first seek the kingdom of God within through meditation and prayer.
